Mobile App


Yes! installing the mobile app and using it daily is for free. However, to add books to the app, you need to contact your school.
To add books to the app you need to enter the access code provided by your school, and then download the books in the list.
Some features in the app need to be enabled by your school or your parent.
To fully work with all its features, our app requires device permissions that are not allowed on the app store
In the app, click on the settings button on the top left of the screen, then click on reset

Yes, currently the app is available in the English and Arabic languages. More languages will be available soon
Updates allow us to provide a good user experience and new features, please update the app when needed
The books expire every year, please contact your school to provide you with a new access code if you still want to have the books.

Schools & Universities


The platform is free to use, however certain features require extra charges.
You can buy books from publishers; publishers can then provide you with the needed credits for you to grant access to your students to download these books.
It’s up to the publisher to decide the prices of their publications. Please request books credits from the publisher and he will send you the related invoice
Yes, every book is valid for one educational year only, all licenses should be renewed every year.

Yes, all materials related to the books are encrypted and can’t be opened without the decryption key. Also, every year all the books across all the platforms should be renewed because the license expires every year.
Due to the complex encryption process to protect the assets, usually it takes some time to export the book and for it to be ready for download
Unlimited number of books
You can upload several formats of the same book, the first and required option is to upload the book pages in JPG format. The second form is EPUB, the third format is audio.
Sure, we can! We can create highly interactive apps to be used inside and outside the mobile app. From 3D apps to VR and AR, just contact our sales department.
Yes, this option step allows teachers and students to open the books on a web browser like Chrome and Edge.
